When installing the junction box, pay attention to the phase, and the junction box casing should be connected to the bus duct casing and well grounded.
(2) When installed horizontally, each busbar duct should have no less than 2 supports, and support should be added at the corners for reinforcement. When crossing the floor vertically, spring support should be selected.
(3) The insulation resistance of each busbar duct should not be less than 20 ω。 Those who fail the test are not allowed to install. When necessary, the test voltage for dense bus ducts is 3750V, and the test voltage for air bus ducts is 2500V.
(4) During the installation process of the bus duct, waterproof and leak proof measures must be taken at all times. After installation, it should be carefully inspected to ensure that it is intact and correct. The bus duct passing through the floor and wall panel should undergo fire protection treatment.
