Product structure characteristics
1. The overall structure of the substation consists of a 12/0.4KV high-voltage switchgear room, relay protection room, and transformer. The shells of high-voltage switch rooms and relay protection rooms can be made of stainless steel plates, steel plates, and composite plates. The stainless steel plate structure has strong corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength; The various components of the steel plate structure have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment; Composite boards have the characteristics of bright and beautiful colors, insulation and flame retardancy. The transformer is located between the 40.5 side and the 12KV side high-voltage switchgear room, directly installed on the foundation, and can be installed by both users and manufacturers.
2. The 40.5KV side high-voltage switchgear room can be equipped with KYN61-40.5/KYNLO-40.5 type and other switchgear. Users can freely choose the overhead or cable mode for the 40.5KV incoming and outgoing lines.
3. The 12KV side high-voltage switch room can be equipped with switch cabinets such as XGN2-12, XGN66-12, XYN28A-12, or ring network cabinets such as HXGNL5- (FR) and X6N15-12 (FR).
4. Install AC screen, DC screen, signal screen, remote control Confucius screen (RTU), carrier screen or fiber optic terminal screen in the relay protection room.
Note: According to user requirements, this substation can use conventional relay protection or a substation microcomputer integrated automation system.
